We started reading our first dramatic text in grade 10 English class last week: An Inspector Calls, by J. B. Priestley. Although we’ve not gotten very far yet – quite a bit of context is required to understand the play – we already have discovered some serious underlying tension. Somebody, it seems, is hiding something! We’ll be looking forward to unravelling the mystery when we get back from the Eid holiday!
