Welcome back to ABIS. We hope you have had a wonderful break. Many of you will be wondering about the primary school teacher and grade/class allocations for 2015/2016.
Our KG classrooms have been remodelled to allow a more open plan style of teaching and learning. We are very excited about this development and know you will be too.
Miss Celine, Miss Roshell and Miss Lauma will all be teaching in our Early Childhood Centre in open plan style rooms. Miss Marie remains in her classroom teaching Grade One.
Next to her in Room 105 will be Mrs Laura Burton teaching KG3.
Miss Jackie remains teaching Grade Two upstairs in Room 201.
Mr Mohammed moves to Grade Three, Room 202 and Mrs Kearney returns to teach Grade Four in Room 206/207.
Grade Five will be taught by Ms. Rayda Jacobs and Mr Eriks Kronitis in Rooms 204 and 205.
Our Grade Six class remains in the primary building and will be taught by Mr Michael Hurst-Mawasse. Mr Todd Davis will teach Grade Six Math.
Mr Isgak Jacobs joins us as a second PE/Swimming Teacher.
Mr Erik Griebenow is our second Music teacher with a special interest in Band.
Mr Mohanned Barakat will replace Miss Maram as our Arabic teacher for non- Arabic students.
Joining our management team as Curriculum Coordinator is Ms Suzanne Tomlinson.
