There were a few surprised and puzzled looks when the children were asked to login to Oman Air’s website to book a flight to anywhere the airline flew. But there was a catch: they had to write the departure and arrival times in 24 hr format. Failure to do so meant their flight would be ‘cancelled’ 🙂 A lively discussion of the real world use of the 12 and 24 hour time followed.
