The students did an activity with five 2-colored counters. They put five counters in a cup and throw it on the table. Every time they throw it, they get 2 different quantities that make 5. ( 2+3, 3+2, 1+4, 4+1, 5+0, etc) we will be working on these bonds until the student develop automacity and know it well.
