This week 4B have been busy using number lines to solve addition and subtraction problems. They have written their own word problems and worked together to solve them. For whole language we have focused on sentence structures and paragraphing. The students are increasing their vocabulary and new words are continually being added to our word wall as we come across them. They had a chance last week to play on the new playground which hopefully should be up and running after the break. I hope you enjoyed being interviewed by your children about your role models. This unit is coming to a close and it has been interesting to see the perspectives of the students as they have inquired about role models and how societies are influenced by them.
