This week we had a visit from Mrs Willis. She took our blood pressure and our temperature. Cindy weighed us on scales and measured how tall we are.
We had to find out what the numbers meant with our blood pressure – diastolic and systolic.

We continue to learn about place value, numbers to 10,000 and our basic facts. Some of our published stories are on display in the class. We are having great fun learning about Feet as part of our language unit on Dr. Seuss. This ties in nicely to Our Unit of Inquiry about the Human Body.

It was great to see many of you at the parent evening. Remember Book Week starts next week and I have lots of fun things planned including our Book and Blanket night starting at 5.30 next Wednesday. You don’t need to read … just turn up and enjoy a few stories and a picnic dinner. See you there!IMG_0287.JPG
