The proverbial penny dropped during our visit to the Oil Tanking Oman (www.oiltanking.com) premises last morning. Not only were the children fascinated by the logistics behind the whole operation, but it became clear they realized the real world relevance of the different types of math, science and geography being studied in class. Thank you once again to Jacoba Bolderheij, Arthur Boerma and Peter de Timmerman, parents of Coco and Marius, for working quietly, efficiently and very patiently behind the scenes to make this visit a fruitful one.
