Our unit of inquiry is: When we explore materials and matter we find out more about their properties.
This week we looked at solids and we identified 3 properties.
– it feels hard or soft
– you can hold it ( it has a shape )
– you can break it
We then did an experiment where we melted pastels to see how a solid changes to a liquid and then when it cools of go back to a solid.
