This week we timed most classes in freestyle and breastroke to see how students were progressing with their swimming and to gain an idea of who will be representing the school in the TAISM relay gala on the 28th of October. It was very pleasing to see that most students made improvements to their times that were recorded in June. Although the final team has not been finalized the following swimmers should all be training hard for the event.
Chloe, Chelsea, Ellie, Christine, Claire, Michaela, David, Anton, Isaac, Michael, Tamika, Courtney, Sanna, Alla, Hannah, Kalea, Jesper, Marius, Sachin, Ettiene and if well enough Abhishek.
In basketball secondary students have been working hard on their layups with most students looking far more comfortable and fluent when performing their layup. Hopefully we should have a game coming up soon against Sohar International School.
