As we explored the central idea of our first unit of inquiry, Heroes reflect the values and hopes of individuals and cultures, we began by brainstorming the question ‘what makes a hero a hero.?’ After a series of brainstorming sessions we arrived at our own understanding of the character traits of a hero.
