The theme of the film is migration&#8211;the who, why and how of people moving around the globe. Working in mixed groups of 4-6 students, their task is to tell the story of a particular migration experience; for example, Irish immigration to Australia in the 19th century and the forced Sudanese migration of the 1980s. <\/p>\n<p>This project provides the grade 6 students with a leadership opportunity as they take the lead on the film.
