IMPORTANT NOTICE
\nK2 will lead the assembly this Wednesday at 12:15, please come to see what we have been learning about in our first Unit of Inquiry.<\/p>\n

We have been having a busy time in K2 since we came back from the Eid holiday. Last week we played in the Optician’s shop in the role play area. This gave many opportunities to talk about the work of our eyes. <\/p>\n

We have taken advantage of the cooler weather in the mornings and started working in our outdoor area. Water play and hopscotch proved to be great fun and allowed us to develop our mathematical skills.<\/p>\n

We inquired into the sense of touch through a wide variety of activities. We enjoyed making our own playdough but jelly squelching was the definite favourite. K2 came up with many ways to describe the feel of the jelly. Please look at the photos below to see what we have been doing.<\/p>\n
