Exploring Shapes, Colours and Artistic Styles<\/b><\/p>\n

This week in Visual Arts, our young artists explored shapes, colours, observation and artistic styles through a variety of creative activities!<\/p>\n

\u2b50\ufe0f KG1 \u2013 Star Adventures<\/b>
\nOur little artists practiced drawing star and used them to create beautiful sky at night.<\/p>\n

\ud83e\uddb6 KG2 \u2013 Games\u00a0<\/b>
\nStudents played games using their feet.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\uddbc\ufe0f Grade 1 \u2013 Space in Art<\/b>
\nStudents explored space as one of the elements of art and draw themselves in their favorite place and add foreground, middle ground and background.<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf3b Grade 3 \u2013 Exploring Van Gogh\u2019s Style<\/b>
\nStudents started their competition by drawing themselves sunflowers for Vincent van Gogh\u2019s by using crayons and pencils, trying to cover all the rubrics.<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udfa8 Grade 4 \u2013 Discovering Tints, Shades and Tones<\/b>
\nStudents were introduced to tints, shades and tones. They experimented with paint to create different landscape by using them.<\/p>\n

\u270f\ufe0f Grade 5 \u2013 Observational Drawing<\/b>
\nStudents developed their observation skills by carefully studying a still-life arrangement and drawing what they saw using graphite pencils.<\/p>\n

    \nStudents started to create their own sketches influenced by Jacob Lawrence\u2019s artistic style.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
