Students investigated different types of scales and discussed how we use them for different purposes in everyday life. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Using a variety of fruits, snacks, and classroom items, students practised measuring mass in grams (g) and kilograms (kg). They compared objects, made predictions about which items would be heavier or lighter, and then used the scales to check their thinking. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This hands-on learning helped students understand when it is appropriate to use grams or kilograms and how different scales are designed for different jobs.
