By participating in diverse activities\u2014such as net games, team sports, and structured movement challenges, students are refining their spatial awareness, agility, hand-eye coordination, and cardiovascular endurance. Engaging directly in play allows them to build teamwork, apply strategic thinking, and improve functional strength in an interactive, high-energy environment.
