They demonstrated an open-minded attitude by working collaboratively with their classmates and actively engaging in group activities such as <strong>Just Dance and fun movement games<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Students also took initiative and demonstrated <strong>risk-taking<\/strong> by choosing fitness activities that matched their individual fitness levels. During circuit training, they challenged themselves by counting their own repetitions and adjusting the intensity of activities according to their abilities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grade 4<\/strong> students began their swimming unit by learning and practising important <strong>water safety rules<\/strong>.
