We will also revisit our s, a and t sounds through fun games, songs and letter hunts.

Our bodies will help us with our maths learning! We will count familiar body parts such as fingers, toes, eyes and ears, and practise matching quantities to numbers.

We will revisit our body-part vocabulary before discovering that there are many things inside our bodies that we cannot see. We will be introduced to our skeleton and bones and explore how our skeleton gives our bodies shape and helps us move.

We will also continue exploring what makes each of us unique and special, and how we can respect and appreciate the differences between ourselves and our friends.

You can continue the conversation at home by asking:

We will revisit From Head to Toe and explore simple non-fiction books and pictures about the human body.
