Happy Thursday everyone!<\/span><\/p>\n

We have successfully completed the 3 weeks of the 4th term. It is great to see students evolving and excited to do new things everyday. The energy that you bring to the school is just amazing. Here\u2019s a look at the incredible things we did this week and the exciting adventures ahead!<\/span><\/p>\n

\ud83d\ude80 Grade 7: Exploring the spaces with Mathematics!<\/b><\/h3>\n

You absolutely <\/span>rocked<\/b> this week while inquiring into the world of spaces . You have reviewed\u00a0 the method of calculating perimeter and the areas of the geometrical figures such as triangles, various types of quadrilaterals and polygons and now applying them to find the areas and perimeters of compound shapes. The highlight of the week is that many of you are celebrating your learning everyday by staying engaged on the task. Next week we will continue exploring geometry and its real world applications.<\/span><\/p>\n

\ud83d\udca1 Grade 8: Getting into the world of data!<\/b><\/h3>\n

This week, we reviewed our prior learning and then extended it to learn the techniques of sampling and analysis. We explored the organization of data using stem and leaf plots, bar charts, pie charts . We also started exploring the measures of central tendency (averages). The highlight of the week is that we have been successful to achieve our objectives. Next week, we will continue the inquiry into the analysis of the data and related visuals in the context.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2728 Grade 9: Exploring abstractness of the patterns and relationships!<\/b><\/h3>\n

This week, we have started the concepts of functions as machines. We explored the algorithm (process) of functions using flow charts and substitution of values in the functions. The biggest highlight of the week is student engagement and their curiosity to learn. Next week, we will analyse functions and their graphs while understanding domain and range.<\/span><\/p>\n

\ud83d\udcc8 Grade 10: Preparing for the future!<\/b><\/h3>\n

This week, we practised the past papers on the e-assessment player platform and reviewed concepts which needed attention.Your dedication and commitment is inspiring. The assessments are beginning next week and I wish you all the very best!!!<\/span><\/p>\n

\ud83c\udfaf Grade 11: Quantifying uncertainty of chances!<\/b><\/h3>\n

The learning engagement this week has been fantastic! We completed probability and concepts of probability distributions and now working on the problem solving skills to strengthen the concepts. The best highlight of the week is that you are able to connect your previous knowledge with the new knowledge quite successfully. Next week, we will continue with problem solving and review of concepts done earlier.<\/span><\/p>\n

You have all earned a wonderful and restful weekend. Let\u2019s meet again on Sunday with lots of energy and excitement to learn and explore!!!<\/span><\/p>\n
