As we approach the end of the term, our students are finalizing their current units of inquiry and preparing for their end-of-unit assessments.<\/p>\n<p>Our MYP music students are currently focused on documenting and finalizing their work. Here is an update on their progress this week:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All Grades (7, 8, and 9): Completing Ramadan Content \u2013 Students are currently finishing the content and analysis units planned for the Ramadan period. This time has been spent developing critical thinking and reflecting on their creative processes. Please note that all summative assessments for these grades should be submitted immediately following the break.<\/li>\n<li>Music Literacy and Differentiation: We continue to strengthen foundational skills, with students progressing in their knowledge of notes on the music staff. This ensures a high level of musical literacy and allows for personalized learning targets across all grade levels.<\/li>\n<li>Grade 10: The e-Portfolio Final Submission \u2013 Our Grade 10 students have reached the final summit of their MYP music journey. The final submission of the e-Portfolio must be sent by March 29th. This is a firm deadline to ensure all documentation and recordings are correctly processed for assessment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I wish you and your family a restful and joyous break.
