Students worked in pairs to give clues and guess the shapes using precise mathematical language. We also explored nets of 3D shapes, identifying which features are necessary to successfully construct a solid from its net.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In UOI, we revisited our \u2018Sharing the Planet\u2019 unit with a focus on conflict and empathy. Students reflected on real-life examples of conflict in their own lives, created dialogue, and role-played scenarios through the lens of how empathy can help resolve challenges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In Literacy, students completed a writing assessment to showcase their current writing skills. Many are continuing to edit and revise their Monster Writing pieces, focusing on strengthening description and clarity.
