I hope you all had a wonderful weekend .<\/p>\n<p>We are excited to share a brief update on what students have been working on in Art this week:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>KG1: Continued exploring colors and emotions through creative activities (teamwork effort to create the emotions calm &amp; joy).<\/li>\n<li>KG2: Started to Discover Nature, drawing different insects and animals in nature by using shapes and lines from elements of art.<\/li>\n<li>Grade 1: Construction unit, created installations, using scrap papers to create something personal to desk what they feel and love.<\/li>\n<li>Grade 2: End of the clay unit, they did a reflection on their work and they made a peer feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Grade3: continue working on the construction unit by discovering more information about the old Egyptian civilization, they are making origami pyramid.<\/li>\n<li>Grade 4: Discovered shades by creating their own abstract art ideas.<\/li>\n<li>Grade 5: discovering digital technology through go deeper into digital art and be a risk taker to learn new things about the new app that we will use in this unit (Sketches) by making a small practicing to create something about their identity.<\/li>\n<li>Grade 6: Finally finished their PYP Exhibition and congratulations for all their achievements, I am so proud of them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We hope everyone has a productive and enjoyable week ahead, and we wish you a lovely long weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Best regards<\/p>\n<p>$anaa Elbayed<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Parents, Welcome back!
