In true PE style, this involved rigorous exercise as well as thinking power in order to put everything into the correct place. MYP 9\u2019s continued to teach the class their method of training which they had put together showing the method and explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each training method.<br \/><br \/>This has been an interesting unit so far as the Grade 9\u2019s have taken on the role of the teacher and seen that it is not as easy as it may appear and the Grade 8\u2019s have been forced to think outside the box and reflect on their understanding of a healthy diet.<br \/><br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/u\/0\/folders\/1L0HyY35BwF-0VnixzLp712yMPV4D6eTc\">Here<\/a> are some photos of them in action this week.<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This week students completed to work on their HRF units.
