This week, students started exploring foundational skills in running, jumping, and throwing through fun and developmentally appropriate activities. They also learned the basics of relay and running games, focusing on teamwork and understanding the rules needed to help their team succeed.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Student Spotlight:<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Our young learners have shown great enthusiasm and energy as they practiced organizing themselves during relay games. Many students demonstrated wonderful cooperation, communication, and confidence\u2014qualities that truly help them thrive both in PHE and in the classroom.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Looking Ahead:<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> In the coming weeks, students will continue to refine their techniques in the different athletics disciplines while applying simple strategies to work effectively in teams. Our goal is to help them build physical coordination, resilience, and a positive attitude toward active living.
