The children used real autumn leaves to create little faces with stickers, enjoying a hands-on, creative way to notice the changes we see in this season.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"343\" data-end=\"735\">We also talked about <strong data-start=\"364\" data-end=\"376\">our ears<\/strong> and how we use them to hear. After listening to the story <em data-start=\"435\" data-end=\"455\">The Listening Walk<\/em>, we went on our own listening walk around the school. Some of the sounds the children noticed were <strong data-start=\"555\" data-end=\"564\">birds<\/strong>, the <strong data-start=\"570\" data-end=\"602\">fan from the air conditioner<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"643\">children working on measurement<\/strong> in another class. When we returned, the students drew pictures to show what they had heard.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"737\" data-end=\"941\">On Thursday, we ended the week with a wonderful <strong data-start=\"785\" data-end=\"807\">Omani Day assembly<\/strong>.
