They worked in 4 teams:<\/p>\n<p>Team 1 proposed their own activity &#8211; ladders.<\/p>\n<p>Team 2 proposed doing multiple different types of relays.<\/p>\n<p>Team 3 proposed a puzzle relay.<\/p>\n<p>Team 4 will make their proposal next Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Then the class will decide on the best activity to run and begin planning out the logistics of it.<\/p>\n<p>It was great to see their engagement.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1escmHJ5fZzJOfYuJgUYX9hsKxLqQRhHp?usp=sharing\">LINK<\/a>: this will take you to the folder of photos taken of students during their discussions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Upon their safe return from their sailing fieldtrip, Grade 8 students immediately dove in to get ready for the next event &#8211; the house competition which they will host on 11 December.
