The children shared their ideas about how our senses help us learn about the world around us. The fun part was doing hands-on experiments! We explored:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Sound<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: using glasses filled with different levels of water and tapping them with a metal spoon to hear how the sounds change.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Color mixing<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: experimenting with primary colors to create new colors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Popcorn investigation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: using all five senses \u2014 hearing the popcorn pop, smelling it, seeing the changes, touching the texture, and tasting it. It was a busy and exciting experience!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In <\/span><b>Mathematics<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, we learned about <\/span><b>grouping objects<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> by size, color, and shape.
