Dear KG2 Families,<\/b><\/p>\n
We are so happy to share our <\/span>first broadcast for the second semester<\/b> of this academic year!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n It has been wonderful to see our little learners return to school full of <\/span>energy and excitement<\/b>. They came ready to learn, explore, and enjoy their time back in class!<\/span><\/p>\n This week was a busy and special one with our <\/span>Three-Way Conferences<\/b>. A big thank you to all the parents who were able to attend. It was a valuable time for teachers, parents, and students to come together and celebrate each child\u2019s glow and growth.<\/span><\/p>\n In our new Unit of Inquiry, <\/span>\u201cHow the World Works,\u201d<\/b> we began exploring the <\/span>five senses<\/b> \u2014 sight, smell, touch, hearing, and taste. The children enjoyed hands-on activities and discussions, and we will continue to build on this learning in the coming weeks.<\/span><\/p>\n In <\/span>Numeracy<\/b>, we introduced <\/span>number 9<\/b> with the rhyme:<\/span> In <\/span>Phonics<\/b>, we learned about the <\/span>letter \u201cC c<\/b>\u201d through a story and practiced forming the letter. To make it even more fun, the children created a <\/span>carrot craft<\/b>, using their fine motor skills to cut and paste.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span><\/i> We also explored the concepts of <\/span>half<\/b> and <\/span>full<\/b> through simple, engaging activities.<\/span><\/p>\n
