You don\u2019t need to be fluent, just spending a few minutes speaking together can make a big difference!<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"662\" data-end=\"710\">Here\u2019s a helpful strategy you can try at home:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"712\" data-end=\"831\"><strong data-start=\"712\" data-end=\"749\">\u201cTalk Time\u201d \u2013 5 Minutes a Day<\/strong><br data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"752\" \/>Set aside a few minutes each day to talk with your child in English. You can:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"832\" data-end=\"1112\">\n<li data-start=\"832\" data-end=\"941\">\n<p data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"941\">Ask simple questions like \u201cWhat did you do at school today?\u201d or \u201cWhat was your favorite part of the day?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"942\" data-end=\"1038\">\n<p data-start=\"944\" data-end=\"1038\">Describe what you\u2019re doing at home: \u201cI\u2019m cooking rice,\u201d or \u201cLet\u2019s clean your room together.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1112\">\n<p data-start=\"1041\" data-end=\"1112\">Encourage your child to answer in English, even with short sentences.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1114\" data-end=\"1227\">This daily practice helps your child build confidence, use new vocabulary, and feel proud of their progress. \ud83c\udf3c<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1229\" data-end=\"1336\">Thank you for always supporting your child\u2019s learning journey.
