Dear KG2 Families,<\/b><\/p>\n
We are happy to share with you our learning from this week! \ud83c\udf1f<\/b><\/p>\n
This week, we focused on learning about the brain \u2014 how it helps us think, feel, and control our bodies. We discussed that <\/b>\u201cthe brain is the boss of the body \u2014 it tells us what to do!\u201d<\/i><\/b> To make this concept fun, we played a game of \u201cSimon Says,\u201d where children acted only when their brain gave them the right message.<\/b><\/p>\n
In Phonics, we introduced the letter Nn. Children listened to the story for the letter, practiced how to write it, and enjoyed making a letter N collage to show their creativity.<\/b><\/p>\n
During Math time, we introduced a Brain Game that encouraged the children to think and focus \u2014 helping them strengthen their thinking skills. We also learned about the number 7 using the fun rhyme:<\/b>
\n<\/b> \u201cOver and down from heaven, that\u2019s how we write number seven.\u201d<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n
