I am writing to share an update on the progress and recent milestones achieved in our music classes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"selected\">In <\/span><span class=\"selected\">Grade 7<\/span><span class=\"selected\">, students have successfully covered the theoretical concepts of <\/span><span class=\"selected\">minor scales<\/span><span class=\"selected\">, adding depth to their understanding of melody and harmony. They are now moving into the exciting phase of <\/span><span class=\"selected\">composition<\/span><span class=\"selected\">, where they will apply their knowledge to create original pieces for their &#8220;Music for Video Games&#8221; unit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"selected\">Our <\/span><span class=\"selected\">Grade 8<\/span><span class=\"selected\"> students have been very productive. They successfully <\/span><span class=\"selected\">performed their chosen songs<\/span><span class=\"selected\"> on their individual instruments, showcasing their practical skills. Furthermore, they have officially started the compositional process by recording their work and ideas in <\/span><span class=\"selected\">Garageband<\/span><span class=\"selected\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"selected\">Finally, the <\/span><span class=\"selected\">Grade 10<\/span><span class=\"selected\"> students have successfully finished the <\/span><span class=\"selected\">performances of the songs<\/span><span class=\"selected\"> they have been rehearsing. This was a fantastic opportunity for them to demonstrate their technical and interpretive skills in front of the class.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"selected\">It is wonderful to witness the students&#8217; sustained effort and creativity across all grade levels as they continue their musical journey.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"selected\">Thank you for your continued support.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Parents, I hope you are having a wonderful week.
