These visits allow me to work closely with our teachers, supporting them as they reflect on their practice and identify opportunities for growth. The purpose is not evaluation, but <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">professional growth<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: celebrating strengths, highlighting effective strategies, and prompting self-reflection. This ongoing process helps teachers become increasingly self-directed in their development. For our students, the benefit is clear\u2014when teachers grow, the quality of teaching and learning grows with them, leading to richer, more engaging, and more supportive classroom experiences.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Professional Development Day \u2013 AI at ABIS<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Today, our teachers participated in a Professional Development Day focused on <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Artificial Intelligence in education<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Together, we built a shared understanding of ABIS\u2019s AI Policy, explored the International Baccalaureate\u2019s perspective, and reflected on how AI is shaping the role of teaching and learning worldwide. This work helps us prepare for the opportunities and challenges AI brings.
