Here we are again with another weekly update on our little ones\u2019 learning journey. \ud83c\udf1f As you know, we are in our unit <\/span>\u201cWho We Are.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n This week, the children enjoyed the story <\/span>\u201cFrom Head to Toe\u201d<\/span><\/i> by Eric Carle. They listened carefully, chose a character, and copied the animal\u2019s action using different body parts. It was wonderful to see them moving, laughing, and engaging with the story.<\/span><\/p>\n Another highlight was the <\/span>Mat Man activity<\/b>, where the children created their own Mat Man using cutting and coloring paper. This supported their creativity as well as fine motor development.<\/span><\/p>\n In <\/span>Literacy<\/b>, we introduced the letter <\/span>P<\/b>. The children made a fun <\/span>pizza craft<\/b> and enjoyed tracing and coloring activities related to the letter.<\/span><\/p>\n In <\/span>Mathematics<\/b>, we explored the concept of <\/span>Heavy and Light<\/b>. The children learned how to use a balance scale to measure objects and decide if they are heavy or light. They also made real-life connections by giving examples from around the classroom to show their understanding.<\/span><\/p>\n
