The aim was to encourage creativity in capturing images through light, composition, and vantage point. Building on this, students developed concepts of effective composition by combining all three themes into one unified idea. This exploration serves as the foundation for their upcoming relief printmaking project, where they will transfer their ideas onto linoleum blocks\u2014an exciting first-time experience for many.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Student Spotlight:<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Congratulations to our Grade 8 artists for their enthusiasm in experimenting with photography. Several students demonstrated impressive creativity in capturing unique perspectives, showing a strong sense of curiosity and innovation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Looking Ahead:<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Next week, students will move forward with carving their designs into linoleum, beginning their journey into relief printmaking.
