They then observed the year 8\u2019s during these matches and then took one House team and worked on this particular team\u2019s performance. The task is to be a coach\/manager and develop the skills set and volleyball success of their team by creating and modelling drills. It has been great to see the year 10\u2019s take responsibility and likewise to see the 8\u2019s taking the feedback on board to try to improve their skills.
