Alongside getting to know each other, we\u2019ve laid some strong foundations for our learning journey ahead.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To kick off the year, we played a quick \u201cMaths Quiz Relay\u201d icebreaker \u2013 students worked independently or in teams as per their choice to answer short review questions. It was a fun way to refresh what we already know!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Our learning this week focused on <\/span><b>reviewing key mathematical concepts from Year 9<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to ensure a strong foundation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2728 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Spotlight:<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Several students showed strong collaboration skills during the discussions and supported their peers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\ud83d\udd0e <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Looking ahead:<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> We\u2019ll begin revising <\/span><b>algebraic concepts<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, preparing to move into new topics.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Parents and Students, It has been a wonderful start to the school year, and I am delighted to share what we\u2019ve been learning in Mathematics across the 10th grade.
