Grade 10 students recently had an exciting opportunity to glimpse what the next academic year holds. The prospective biology students conducted health risk assessments by calculating their Body Mass Index (BMI), allowing them to relate their knowledge to real-life health applications. This hands-on experience encouraged them to reflect on personal lifestyle choices. Meanwhile, Environmental Systems and Societies (ESS) students completed a survey to explore the diverse environmental value systems within our school community. This activity provided valuable insights into how differing perspectives shape our collective approach to sustainability. Together, these engaging sessions revealed much for both students and teachers, fostering a sense of community and collaboration. As we look forward to the upcoming academic year, it’s clear that these experiences will strengthen students’ understanding in both subjects, equipping them to contribute positively to their personal development and the broader school environment.<\/p>\n
