They learned how to determine if a reaction is endothermic or exothermic by analyzing thermochemical equations from experiments that we did, and practiced using calorimetry data to calculate temperature changes and thermal energy (Q), as well as the enthalpy change (\u0394H) of reactions. In addition to these new concepts, students have been reviewing material from previous units-Structure 1, 2, and 3, and Reactivity 3-in preparation for next week\u2019s end-of-year exams.
