Building on last week\u2019s incredible momentum, every grade level pushed their musical boundaries \u2014 transforming ideas into artistry and practice into performance-ready confidence.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"514\">\ud83c\udfa8 <strong data-start=\"475\" data-end=\"514\">KG1 \u2013 Color, Character, and Control<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"516\" data-end=\"855\">Our youngest performers continued to impress as they brought their <em data-start=\"583\" data-end=\"590\">Mixed<\/em>-inspired story to life with greater fluency and fun. This week, we deepened their understanding of how movement and music work together by matching emotional gestures to instrumental cues \u2014 for example, stomping like a \u201cgrumpy red\u201d or swaying like a \u201csleepy blue.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"857\" data-end=\"1037\">We also practiced walking on and off stage with poise, using call-and-response chants to stay in rhythm as a group. Across Grades 3\u20136, classrooms turned into vibrant creative studios \u2014 buzzing with the sound of original lyrics, dance sequences, and solo rehearsals. Students choreographed movement pieces to match the emotions of their songs and collaborated on stage direction to ensure every transition was smooth and intentional.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2083\" data-end=\"2360\">Soloists stepped into the spotlight with courage and heart, supported by their peers in rehearsals that included affirmations, constructive feedback, and shared celebration.
