In Literacy, students have been busy publishing their writing pieces and learning to differentiate between the hard and soft sounds of \u201cc\u201d and \u201cg.\u201d In Math, we explored addition with two-digit numbers, focusing on questions that do not require regrouping.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"586\" data-end=\"877\">We also celebrated Book Week! Students had a wonderful time participating in special activities, including being paired up with <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1enUn1wkdP-vOQYH-tD8IPEcb7o-2-R-1?usp=sharing\">reading buddies<\/a> from another class and joining in the fun of a \u201cFind Waldo\u201d classroom hunt. It was a joyful celebration of books, stories, and the love of reading.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"879\" data-end=\"1048\">Students are also getting excited for the upcoming Student-Led Conferences\u2014they can\u2019t wait to share all the hard work and progress they\u2019ve made over the past few months!<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1050\" data-end=\"1278\">Looking ahead to next week, we are inviting parent volunteers to come in and read a story in their mother tongue.
