We are excited to invite you to our <\/span>Primary Swimming Gala on Thursday, February 27!<\/b> This special event celebrates the hard work and progress of our students in their swimming classes.<\/span><\/p>\n

The gala marks the end of their swimming unit, giving them a chance to showcase what they\u2019ve learned in a fun and supportive environment. All students are required to participate, and they will swim based on their skill levels to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

Event Schedule:<\/span><\/h3>\n

\ud83d\udd39<\/span> First Session (8:20 AM – 9:00 AM) \u2013 Grade 4-6 Girls<\/b>
\n<\/b>Only female audiences are allowed due to cultural and religious considerations.<\/span><\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 <\/span>Second Session (9:00 AM – 11:00 AM)<\/b> \u2013 Selected students in K1-Grade 4 Boys & Girls, and Grade 5-6 Boys Only<\/span>
\n<\/span>Both male and female audiences are welcome.<\/span><\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 <\/span>Third Session (11:00 AM \u2013 11:30 AM)<\/b> \u2013 Game Relays<\/span>
\n<\/span>Events: Freestyle Relay \/ Table Tennis Ball Blowing \/ T-Shirt Relay<\/span>
\n<\/span>Participants: Grade 1-4 representatives & Grade 5-6 Boys Only<\/span><\/p>\n

Swimming Levels:<\/b><\/h3>\n

K1-Grade 1:<\/span>
\n<\/span>\ud83c\udfca\u200d\u2642\ufe0f Level 1 \u2013 25m Freestyle & Backstroke in the big pool<\/span>
\n<\/span>\ud83c\udfca Level 2 \u2013 25m with kickboards and noodles in the big pool<\/span>
\n<\/span>\ud83c\udfca\u200d\u2640\ufe0f Level 3 \u2013 Small pool with kickboards<\/span><\/p>\n

Grades 4-6:<\/span>
\n<\/span>\ud83c\udfca\u200d\u2642\ufe0f Level 1 \u2013 50m or 25m Backstroke & Freestyle<\/span>
\n<\/span>\ud83c\udfca Level 2 \u2013 25m with kickboards<\/span><\/p>\n

This event is not a competition but a celebration of each child\u2019s effort and improvement. We have reminded students throughout the unit that the focus is on learning and participation, not winning.<\/span><\/p>\n

Important Reminders:<\/span><\/h3>\n

\u2705 Please send your child to school wearing their swimming attire to avoid congestion in the changing rooms.<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u2705 Ensure they bring a towel to stay warm while waiting for their turn.<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u2705 Parents are kindly asked not to enter the changing rooms.<\/span><\/p>\n
