This week, our Grade 9 students embarked on an exciting hands-on activity focused on forces, specifically Newton’s laws of motion. Students designed and built rockets and rocket catchers, which served as practical applications of the principles they are learning. This engaging project not only deepened their understanding of the forces acting on falling objects but also fostered collaboration and teamwork among classmates.<\/span><\/p>\n

The atmosphere in the classroom was vibrant, with students fully immersed in the design and testing processes. Their creativity shone as they experimented with different materials and designs to optimize their rockets’ performance. The lesson provided a strong foundation for future studies on motion, setting the stage for more advanced concepts in the coming weeks.
