As part of our unit <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;How the World Works,&#8221;<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> we\u2019ve been exploring the sense of smell. The children had a chance to discover that smells can be very different. They enjoyed smelling various items such as coffee, cumin, cinnamon, and fragrances.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To connect all the senses together, the children observed how popcorn is made! They explored the process and used multiple senses\u2014seeing, smelling, touching, hearing, and finally tasting.
