In this unit, they are learning and practicing:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Jumping: Skills like long jump and high jump.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Throwing: Techniques for activities like shot put and discus throw.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Running: Sprinting and long-distance running.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Students are also enjoying fun relay games to build teamwork and get ready for Sports Day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We are proud of their enthusiasm and effort as they develop these important skills.
