In our unit of inquiry &#8220;Who We Are,&#8221; we are learning more about ourselves through engaging activities like show and tell, where students share their thoughts and experiences. A key part of our learning focuses on understanding the different Zones of Regulation, which help us recognize and manage our emotions. We are particularly working on strategies to get into the green zone, where we feel calm, focused, and ready to learn. Alongside these self-awareness lessons, we\u2019ve continued with our literacy and math centers, enhancing our skills in reading and numbers. Additionally, we have begun small group instruction, allowing for more personalized learning and support in these subjects.
