Dear Parents,<\/p>\n
Last Friday, we hosted over 200 swimmers at the Nautilus Swimming Gala held at our Al Masoudi Aquatic Center. Students from Muscat and Sohar joined us in the morning to compete across various events, and the day concluded with a strong sense of accomplishment and pride among everyone involved. Thank you to our staff who assisted and supported this day.<\/p>\n
On Monday, we held an IB PYP workshop for parents, facilitated by our PYP Coordinator, Ms. Mary Ann. The workshop was a great success, and we extend our thanks to Ms. Mary Ann for leading this valuable event.<\/p>\n
We are still seeking new members for the Parent Committee. If you are interested in joining, please email me or z.alabdulsalam@abisoman.com to express your interest. The committee will select new members based on factors such as their years at the school, availability to attend monthly meetings from 5-6 pm, and enthusiasm for supporting school initiatives. The Parent Committee plays an important role in our school community,<\/p>\n
Finally, I invite you to our Community Potluck Dinner next Thursday, October 17th, from 6 to 8 pm at the Mazoon.<\/strong> This special gathering is open to our entire ABIS community, offering a wonderful opportunity to connect with teachers, parents, and students in a relaxed setting while enjoying a variety of delicious foods. If possible, please bring a dish to share, or join with others in contributing.
