Grade 8 students had to write a SMART physical goal and develop a plan to help them achieve it. Grade 9 students had to demonstrate their understanding of adaptation and balance in the context of health and fitness. They also had to design and explain a fitness plan to develop a self-selected physical goal, and grade 10 students designed fitness workouts to present to their peers.<\/p>\n<p>MYP students will start a new unit next week\u2014Invasion Games. They will explore skills, strategies, and tactics in sports such as Handball, Tchoukball, and Basketball. Students will be assessed on Criterion C (Performance) and Criterion D (Reflecting on Performance).
