We looked at the features of apps and how they are addictive by design, creating habits that could be unhealthy. We did a survey and reflected on the amount of hours each student spends using digital media- it was surprising to see that some student norms are more that 6 hours per day!<\/p>\n<p>Mr Duncan and Ms. Jo explained that people staring at their phones and scrolling through social media was not something they experienced in their youth.
