In addition, we have worked on some foundational skills with place value and understanding the relationship between addition and subtraction.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The class has continued working on personal narratives. We have worked on the writingprocess: brainstorm ideas, write\u00a0 and draw a first draft. When they finish one piece, they start on another piece. After writing several pieces, they select one to publish. The selected piece is then edited and published.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The students finished writing their reader\u2019s theater\u2019s scripts. They started practicing to perform them in front of our class.
