They were excited and inspired by student projects they read about on the website <a href=\"http:\/\/kidsareheroes.org\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">Kids Are Heroes<\/a> and wanted to make their own hero projects as well. They are now very busy planning their specific steps and who is going to be responsible for what and when.\u00a0As one of the things we discussed about being a hero was having <strong>choice<\/strong>, students will be initiating, managing and following through on these projects on their own.
