Teachers\u2019 job satisfaction has a significant impact on the lessons they teach since they are directly involved in transferring knowledge to students. Highly satisfied teachers give their best to their students\u2019 success, not only by imparting knowledge but also by giving extra attention to ensure the better achievement of each student.<br \/>\nWhen we think of the above in the context of EAL, it starts becoming even more important as we deal with students who require extra attention and support. Therefore, our efforts can significantly improve not only students&#8217; performance but also their overall well-being. We strive to make our students happy that they come to school as motivation is the key factor contributing to their performance. However, we as teachers also want to be happy that we can play a role in our students\u2019 life and help them as much as we can to achieve their goals and become their best.<br \/>\nFor me personally the greatest job satisfaction is not just when I see my students improve but also when I see them enjoy learning because we live in a world which demands constant learning throughout our life. And I see it happening quite often.<br \/>\nSo when Mick Jagger was singing \u201cI can get no satisfaction\u201d maybe it was because he never worked for the ABIS, what do you think?
